Our terrific FF Junior Youth Group did awesome mahi fundraising for our most recent JY camp. We had a 2 day camp in Pirongia Forest Park Lodge. Key learnings:
Fundraiser - Making T-shirts + Bakesale @ MarketsThis was the first print - a print for my brother. Am cutting another BG stencil, so hopefully will look better and better. O God, for the sake of Thy love, will I leave everything and wander in the deserts and over the mountains, calling out the appearance of Thy kingdom and proclaiming into every ear the tidings of Thy call.
O God! I am prepared to meet all calamities in Thy way and desire every trouble for Thy sake with all my heart and soul, but keep me, O God, in Thy hour of test. Thou knowest that I have left every thought and occupation save Thy mention and praise and that I ask nothing save a strengthening power, which shall enable me to devote my life, my mind, my heart, my soul, and my spirit unto Thee, O God. O Lord of the worlds! Welcome! This is a place that I have been compiling resources as I develop/find them - as a a children's class teacher, as a parent as an individual who loves to study the history and teachings of the Baha'i Faith. Postings and opportunities are erratic as a working mother of two, but it is something that brings me great joy! Archives
